1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the trafti platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

trafti provides a barbershop and salon management platform that includes POS systems, online booking, staff management, and analytics. Services are available through mobile applications and web dashboard.

3. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment & Subscription

Paid plans are billed according to your selected billing cycle. No refunds are provided for completed payments. You may cancel your subscription at any time and continue using the service until the end of the billing period.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use the platform for illegal purposes, spread malware, perform reverse engineering, or take other actions that harm the platform or other users.
